United Southwest Mortgage Corporation, Inc. was incorporated in California on May 27, 2004. We are approved with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to offer both standard and reverse mortgages. We are also approved with the Veteran's Administration allowing us to offer help to Veterans in need of VA Loans. Our ability to deliver to numerous lenders gives us the opportunity to offer our clients the best possible rates and programs available to suit their needs. We are currently licensed in California, Florida, Idaho and Utah.

Our management and processing staff has over 100 years' cumulative mortgage banking experience that we now offer to our customers as a mortgage brokerage. Having worked for (or in one instance owned) many of the nation's top mortgage banking entities, we have an excellent insight into how mortgage lenders operate without having the restrictions which shackle their ability to service their clients.

Our processors on both the forward mortgage and reverse mortgage side are all former Mortgage Banking Underwriters with their HUD Direct Endorsement Designation, which means that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable on how to put loans together to get approved the first time with a minimal amount of conditions.

Our office is located in Garden Grove, CA, just down the Street from the Crystal Cathedral of Garden Grove and a stone's throw from Angel Stadium in Anaheim.
